The 'Greetings From Springfield' line was originally released in Australia by a company known as The Promotion Factory. This line will soon be distributed inside the U.S., likely with a release timed near the Simpsons movie this summer. These photos were taken at the Diamond booth.
Each figure will sell for $2 each, but limited edition box sets of the first three series will be available (with bonus gold-painted figure).
Series 1 is: "Evergreen Terrace" and includes Marge, Homer, Bart, Lisa, Maggie, Flanders, Rodd and Todd. Series 2 is: "Krustylu Studios" and includes Krusty, Homer dressed as Krusty, Tina Ballerina, Mister Teeny, Sideshow Bob, Sideshow Mel, Bart, and Corporal Punishment. Series 3 is: "Springfield Elementary" and includes another Bart, Otto, Edna Krabappel, Milhouse, Nelson, Ralph Wiggum, Skinner and Willie. Series 4 is: "Springfield Nuclear Power Plant" and includes Mr. Burns, Smithers, Homer in radioactive suit, Blinky, Mindy Simmons, Lenny and Carl, and Smiling Joe Fission. Series 5 is: "Caped and Courageous" and includes Radioactive Man, Wolfcastle as Radioactive Man, Milhouse as Fallout Boy, Stretch Dude and Clobber Girl, Bartman, Pie Man, and The Collectors. Series 6 is: "The Way We Were" and includes: Teenage Homer and Marge, Streaking Barney, Artie Ziff, Young Hibbert, Young Patty and Selma, and Young Grampa.
NJ Croce will be rereleasing some Simpsons bendables previously only available in boxed sets as individual figures timed to coincide with the Simpsons movie.
Russ Berrie continues its Simpsons plush line with a few new incarnations of Homer and Bart.
