Planned to be released with later shipments of the rerelease diorama sets, there was to be a Mr. Burns/Smithers set with a Nuclear Power Plant diorama. It was ultimately cancelled when sales of the first sets were slow. Like the others re-releases, it was to feature revised head sculpts and the original voice chips, but the dioramas were non-interactive.

In the Mr. Burns re-release comparison photo below, the second re-release head sculpt (shown on the right) wass oversized and would've been approximately 5% smaller on the production figure.
