WHO: Acclaimed jack-of-all-trades Harry Shearer, the voice behind countless Springfield residents in the Emmy-Award® winning series THE SIMPSONS, and series Director David Silverman will be signing copies of THE SIMPSONS SEASON THREE on DVD.

WHAT: Fox Home Entertainment and Virgin Megastore are giving fans the chance to meet some of the twisted creative minds behind television’s most irreverent – and beloved – series: THE SIMPSONS. Harry Shearer (This Is Spinal Tap, A Mighty Wind), whose voice is in every corner of Springfield (Mr. Burns, Smithers, Flanders, Principal Skinner, Reverend Lovejoy, Otto), will be on hand with animation director David Silverman (Monster’s, Inc., Ice Age), who has been with the series since its inception on “The Tracey Ullman Show.”

This special engagement celebrates the release of THE SIMPSONS SEASON THREE DVD COLLECTION from Fox Home Entertainment on August 26th.
