Our Playmates liaison Michael Crawford MWC has learned that the company is considering the possibility of re-releasing some of the hard to find early figures, like Smithers and Lisa, in 2003. They are looking to figure out the best way to do this without upsetting collectors. We are working on putting together a poll with various questions and ideas on this subject. Playmates will be looking at this poll closely, so we need everybody to make their voices heard. Look for the poll sometime early next week.
Michael Crawford does a little Krusty busting of his own in his latest review of the new Wave 9 Figures (featuring Prison Sideshow Bob, Sunday Best Grampa, Disco Stu, Sunday Best Lisa, Busted Krusty and Rod and Todd Flanders). Be sure to check out his site to read his complete review (located in the cartoon review section for the date 7/10/2002 if it's not on the front page).
