I've Got Bobo, Hot From The Dryer!

More new pictures for you this week! Playmates Toys and New Force Comics have released the first color prototype image (changes may be made in the final product) of the Future Burns set, a shared exclusive between New Force and EB. You can preorder it now for a low price at FutureBurns.com. It is currently set for October release.

Happy Birthday, Mr. Smithers

Can you believe it's been nearly three years since the original Smithers figure was released in August 2000? The first highly sought after short-pack figure, Smithers will be re-released this July in the Target exclusive Nuclear Power Plant Diorama Two-Pack with the third version of Mr. Burns.

Clearer photos of the new sculpts and the diorama have been added to the Release Guide entry for the set.

Mama mia! Series 14 Promo Photo

SCS Member Numer 908 recently held an interview with Ian Boothby from Bongo Comics for his site, A Big Piece of Garbage. In the interview, Ian Boothby revealed that another Futurama/Simpson crossover in the works with, in his own words "This one is going to be packed with every character EVER! And not just Futurama and Simpsons characters, I mean every character EVER period." No word yet on a confirmed release date or schedule. Preorder Their Sloping Brows and Cranial Bumpage

Sideshow's Series 2 Busts are now available for preorder directly from the manufacturer. These polystone busts of Mr. Burns and Moe are limited to 3000 pieces and retail for $35. They are expected to ship in September or October of this year.
